It generates a site map for your wordpress blog. It is supposed to help with page indexing. I don’t know a lot about how this indexing works. But I do know that I had a site that had 4 pages that were not indexed. I was waiting and waiting and then nothing was happening. I found this plugin and installed it. My pages for that site were indexed within 48 hours and are continuing to be indexed quickly now. I have instaledd it on all my web sites and I highly recommend it. It is very easy to use.
